UnionTab provides a digital platform for labor unions and their members to communicate, share information, organize events, conduct elections, and manage union activities. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. User Content

- Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater

- We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason
- You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from termination

- You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
